Flow Regulator is an automatic and electro-pneumatic device which operates on actual weighing principle. This device is used practically for all free-flowing granular products. Being not affected from the moisture and bulk density variations, Flow Regulator doses the product accurately with the help of its sophisticated electronic control system.

The product enters into the device and passes through an adjustable gate. Being continuously weighed on a special plate, it is diverted to the exit part. The electric signal produced, due to the weight of the product passing, is evaluated at the special PLC unit and compared with the desired preset capacity value. Based on this comparison, the PLC controls and adjusts the adjustable gate through the pneumatic valves and actuator system. This continuous process enables exact dosing of the product at the required throughput.
