 The upper feeding system of Valve type Bagging Machines are constructed in different types depending on the product. After the insertion of the bag onto the filling nozzle by the operator, the operation is completely automatic.

The pneumatic holding device fixes the bag on the nozzle. The product is filled into the weighing hopper with the help of the feeding device and accurately weighed at the electronic scale. Then the product is filled into the bags via turbine plus screw, belt or screw type filling system. Vibration is applied to the bag supporting plate to ensure efficient settling of product into the bag. Upon completion of the filling cycle the bag is tipped onto a bag conveyor automatically.
